PAYMENT

We accept cash (for local pickups), checks, money orders, and Credit card orders through PayPal (no PayPal account required, but you can also use your Paypal account to pay if you prefer). Payment by check/money order is expected within 10 days. We accept cash only for local pickups - no exceptions.


RETURN POLICY

Your purchase from laliquidators.net comes with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase, excluding any item that comes with a manufacturer's warranty. All manufacturers' warranties supercede LA Liquidators' warranty, and the buyer should deal directly with the manufacturer on all warranty issues.

If the item you purchase arrives DOA, stops functioning properly within the warranty period, or is significantly different then the one described, you can contact us within the 30-day warranty period for support. All returns must be approved by email and you will be issued an RMA # before you can return the item. This RMA # must be clearly visible on the package for it to be accepted by our returns department, otherwise it will be refused and sent back to you. After we receive the item we will either repair it and ship it back to you (at our cost), send you another of the same model/condition (at our cost), or refund your purchase price plus any applicable sales tax at our discretion. We do not refund the original shipping or pay for your shipping the item back to us. We will, however, cover the shipping costs of a replacement or repaired unit sent back to you if a refund is not issued. If you wish to return your item for any reason other then the ones stated above (DOA, broken, not as described), a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund to cover processing fees and re-stocking costs. Shipping is not refunded.

After 30 days, all sales are final.


ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

We make every attempt to represent our items as accurately as possible. Many are brand new in their original box/packaging (never opened, never sold, never used), while some are discontinued items, overstocked items, shelf pulls, customer returns, or refurbished goods. Some items may have blemishes or scratches, may have been purchased by someone and returned to the store for a different model, or may have been store demos. We do test all items (unless they are factory sealed), and will provide all the information we can on each item up for sale. However, we do not know the exact history of each one. Photos are generally stock photos and not always of the specific item you're looking at. Remember, this is a discount website. Here you should expect to get a great deal on a new or lightly used item, but we are not a retail store.


OUR 4 CONDITIONS OF GRADING

BRAND NEW - Never opened, never sold, and never used. 
NEW - The item appears to be brand new, no sign of use was visible to us.
LIKE NEW - The item does appear to have been used some but still looks pretty new.
USED - The item has been used and shows some wear, possibly some cosmetic damage, but still functions as it should.
